Mark V.
Ferraro, Esq. earned a law degree in 1999 from The
University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a
Senior Editor of the Unversity of Pennsylvania Journal
of International Economic Law and while in law school
Mr. Ferraro Interned for Hon. Joseph E. Irenas in the
District of New Jersey. In 1994, he received a Bachelor
of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania where
he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta
Kappa.
His credentials include: Corporate Attorney at Debevoise
& Plimpton in New York, where he was responsible for
mergers & acquisitions, financing and securities work.
Mr. Ferraro’s practice is focused on bankruptcy and he
is a member of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inns of Court
and was a past member of the Philadelphia Consumer
Bankruptcy assistance project.
Mr. Ferraro has been an attorney for 10 years and is
